At Urban Andaaz our team strives to provide our customers with products that just not satisfy their needs, but go beyond to uphold a promise of quality. However, there is always a small possibility of human error, and if they do occur we are here to handle it!
Change of Mind
Due to the nature of the operations at Urban Andaaz we are unable to provide returns or refunds due to a change of mind. 'Change of Mind' includes but is not limited to:
- Wrong sizing
- Want to change design or colour
Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Incorrect or Damaged Products
If any orders are wrongly fulfilled or damaged (wrong design, style, colour, sizes, etc.) Urban Andaaz will provide you with a refund or replacement order at no extra cost.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase and sufficient evidence of the damaged product.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@urbanandaaz.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds/Exchange
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund/exchange was approved or not. Our team will work on getting back to you as soon as possible on the status of your claim. If approved a refund, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank/institution to process the refund.
